As all of our pieces are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each item is carefully crafted just for you, which makes it one-of-a-kind.

However, if you receive an item that is faulty or the print quality is not up to our high standards, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to offer a full refund or resend a replacement depending on the issue.

To request a refund or replacement, please ensure you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You may be asked to provide photos of the item to help us resolve the issue quickly.
